They are twenty years old and want to make Hong Kong the laboratory of democracy in Asia.
They are defying Beijing, taking the risk of becoming a target of the Chinese central government.
These young Legislative Council members and new political leaders come from the 2014 umbrella movement.
Twenty years after the Handover of Hong Kong to China, will this generation, driven by the street, know how to shake up the Hong Kong political system, currently locked by Beijing and its allies? Beyond the struggle for more democracy, what are the aspirations of this youth in search of freedom? Who are their figureheads and what is their strategy?
This immersion into the heart of a country in turmoil aims to decipher the contours of the Hong Kong identity of the 21st Century between the British colonial past and the new Chinese colonization.
