In Columbia, the population has discovered again the top (toy). This ancestral play is presenting such a pleasure and an excitment that everybody, children and adults, are devoting on the top and that's why big manifestations and competitions are organized. Very far away from the guerilla and the Medellin Cartel, this report is a country portrait where the top fever increase on the salsa.
