Des hommes et des femmes en grande détresse, en congé maladie prolongé ou faisant une demande d’incapacité permanente doivent témoigner de leur handicap auprès du service de l’inspection médicale. Leur situation dépend de l’avis d’une commission médicale.
The Board shows the reality of workers facing prolonged sick leave or seeking a permanent disability assessment, with the outcome resting on the decision of the Medical Board. While not everyone is comfortable with this process, it is, unfortunately, more common than many might expect.
