Résumé
90 % du transport mondial des marchandises se fait par voie maritime. La mondialisation de l'économie a fait exploser ce volume de transport. La dérégulation sauvage qu'entraîne actuellement cette mondialisation a fait faire à la marine marchande un formidable bon en arrière. Il existe maintenant de véritables "parias de la mer".
90% of goods transport in the world is done by sea. The globalisation of the economy has sent this transport volume through the roof. Because of the resultant uncontrolled deregulation, the merchant marine has taken a giant step back. There now exist "pariahs of the sea", the subject of this film.
