Music played by young therapist leads us in to the world of old people's home. Closeness and fellowship of the young men makes them feel necessary and noticed. While he is looking after them, he feels inescapability of death and tries to find the meaning of his own life. Musical term decrescendo mounts up here to the existential overtone.
