Résumé

Aperçu cinématographique de la participation de militants juifs-israéliens anti-sionistes dans la lutte populaire palestinienne contre l'occupation israélienne et la confiscation des terres dans le village de Nabi Saleh en Cisjordanie.

In a time when almost no Israelis support the Palestinian struggle for freedom, Ben, an Israeli activist, keeps on believing that resisting together can lead to a just and free country for all. In the last years he has found himself a political home away from home - the small village of Nabi Saleh, where the local group of activists continues to resist the Israeli occupation and the stealing of their land by the settlement built on one of their hills. With this small community Ben continues to participate in demonstrations Friday after Friday, believing that only co-resistance could lead to co-existence, that life together is possible if one only, as the activists of the village say, removes the occupation from his head. Through the stories of those activists the film examines the role of anti-Zionist Israeli activists in the Palestinian popular struggle today, as well as global issues of political solidarity, resistance and steadfastness.
