How is the culture of Vienna communicated to migrants? The documentary film Living Together accompanies new immigrants from different countries on their first step over the threshold into a new country. What are the migrants' ideas about Vienna? Which information and "values" are addressed in the integration courses and which are not?
"Long corridors. Classrooms. Attentive faces. People from different nations attend integration classes to learn the values and the culture of Vienna. The camera observes them closely, concentrating primarily on the newcomers’ faces, revealing entire lives therein."
